During a recent trip through Boulder City, my spouse and I enjoyed a casual dinner at The Dillinger, where the burgers were delicious, portions generous, and the service outstanding-Tiffany, our cheerful and attentive server, enhanced the entire experience with her excellent recommendations. The relaxed ambiance, friendly patrons, reasonable prices, and great selection of cocktails and beers made it a memorable dining experience that I look forward to repeating on future visits.
