The 50's diner aesthetic combined with techno music might seem unusual for a sushi restaurant, but the quality of the fish speaks for itself. I enjoyed the Tokujo Chirashi and Salmon-Ikura don, both filled with exceptional sashimi selections. The attentive service and unique atmosphere made for a memorable dining experience, leaving me eager to return for more of their offerings.
