Whenever work takes me to Las Vegas, I make sure to indulge in the flavorful Ethiopian cuisine here, where every bite of the veggie combo bursts with authentic spices and the injera is perfectly tangy and fresh. Despite the dim, smoky atmosphere and slow service typical of many Ethiopian spots, the outstanding taste of dishes like the shirowat and red lentils keeps me coming back again and again.

I'm not a big fan of Las Vegas, but whenever I'm there for work, I make sure to indulge in some delicious Ethiopian cuisine. The food here never fails to impress me, and I find myself coming back for more every time I'm in town. Despite some mixed reviews, I've always had a great experience with the quality of the food here, making it my favorite spot for Ethiopian in Vegas.
