Had an incredible night with friends at J Karaoke Bar, where the atmosphere was lively and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The food was delicious, the drink selection was impressive, and the music kept us singing long into the night-definitely looking forward to our next visit!

Don't give away people's reservations. I booked the large room for my birthday (Leap Year which only comes around once every 4 years) and invited 30 people to join us. I reserved 3 weeks in advance to guarantee we would have a space to accommodate our crowd. They called me earlier in the day and left a vm that said "they were calling to confirm my reservation." I couldn't answer because I was at a spa and my phone was locked away in a locker. They never mentioned that if I didn't call back they would give my room away. Then when I arrived 30 min early for my reservation to get set up they had already given my room/reservation away. They had me sit around with my large group for 35 minutes while they "tried to see what they could do" only to inform me that they were sorry but I should have answered my phone. They didn't even let us close enough to the bar to order a drink while we waited around for nothing. They embarrassed me in front of a large group of my friends and family (some that had traveled from out of town to be here for the celebration). What is the point of making a reservation if they're just going to cancel it for you with no notification? I will never go here again. And I will tell everyone I can think of that this happened. Terrible service/experience.
