I'm still pretty new to the Birria scene, but the consommí© at Pollo Mobile really impressed me along with their flavorful meat and generous cheese and onions in the tacos. The only downside was the soggy taco shells, probably from being to-go, but the authentic taste, fast service, and great prices keep me coming back, especially for their amazing grilled chicken and killer green sauce.

I'm fairly new to this whole Birria experience, but let me tell you, the consommí© is what really wins me over. Pollo Mobile surprised me with their flavorful meat and delicious consommí©. My daughter went for the Birria tacos without queso, while I opted for the QuesoBirria, both served with tasty consommí©. Despite the soggy tacos, the generous cheese and onion portions left me satisfied and looking forward to a potential 5-star return for their authentic flavors.
