I have visited Cafe Rio multiple times and experienced varying levels of service. The portion sizes have been inconsistent, with some visits offering a generous amount of food while others left me feeling a bit disappointed. However, the quality of the food has always been great, and my to-go order was ready promptly and tasted delicious.
