After a morning hike in the Wichita National Wildlife Refuge, savoring a perfectly grilled Meers cheeseburger made from pasture-raised longhorn beef, accompanied by crispy onion rings and fried okra, was an unforgettable experience. The generous portions of cobbler with homemade ice cream, combined with friendly and attentive service despite being short-staffed, made every moment worth the wait and every penny spent.
