The customer service here is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to check in at the table and assist with clean-up, making the experience enjoyable and seamless. The chicken fingers are juicy and flavorful, paired perfectly with their signature Cane's sauce and fresh Texas toast, delivering consistently delicious food that feels far from typical fast food. While the location near the University of Kentucky is busy and quick, adding more parking options would improve convenience, but overall, the fast service, clean environment, and friendly staff make this a favorite for chicken lovers.

The service I received at Raising Cane's was exceptional, with a team member checking in on my dining experience and promptly clearing my table. The location near the University of Kentucky campus is convenient and bustling with a fast-paced atmosphere. While the parking situation could be improved, the quality of the chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, and attention to detail on the sandwiches truly stood out during my visit.
