I ordered a chicken wrap through the drive-thru, and when it wasn't quite right, the staff quickly replaced it with a new one while offering sincere apologies and a free cookie. Growing up visiting grandparents in Lincoln, Runza has always been a nostalgic favorite for me, with their original beef, onion, and cabbage-filled bread being unmatched, alongside delicious onion rings and burgers that keep me coming back whenever I'm in town.

Today, I ordered a chicken wrap through the drive-thru, and although it wasn't quite right, the staff quickly provided a replacement along with a complimentary cookie. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the original Runza, a unique combination of beef, onions, and cabbage baked in bread, remains a nostalgic favorite for me whenever I visit Nebraska.
