Growing up in Nebraska, steak never really won me over-until Rodizio came along and flipped the script with their sizzling, tableside-carved meats that redefine what steak should be. The salad bar alone is a wild ride of flavors, from spicy chicken salad to that addictive Malagueta Pepper Jam, and the endless parade of perfectly cooked meats keeps the excitement going all night. Sure, it's a bit of a splurge, but between the attentive service, the cozy atmosphere, and the juicy cuts of beef (plus chicken hearts and glazed pineapple you didn't know you needed), it's an experience that's totally worth it.
