Whole Hog serves barbecue with tender meats and a variety of sauces that cater to every palate, especially those who prefer less vinegary flavors. The casual, welcoming atmosphere combined with efficient, friendly staff makes every visit enjoyable, even during busy lunch hours. While the mac and cheese could use more real cheese, the ribs, pulled pork, and sides like the potato salad consistently impress and keep me coming back for more.
