The bagels are consistently soft and airy with a wide variety of options including salads, spreads, and fish, the coffee is excellent with free refills, the staff is friendly and helpful, service is generally fast despite occasional busy times, the shop offers a spacious dine-in area with tables, and while the food is very good, prices can be quite high and menu pricing sometimes outdated or inconsistent.
