Yesterday evening, I visited a small restaurant with a cozy interior and eclectic New Orleans-themed decor, where the friendly staff managed everything despite being short-handed. The food was impressive, especially the flavorful salmon burger and the generous, delicious waffles served with ice cream, though the waffle fries were slightly overcooked. I also enjoyed unique drink options like a rum-based cocktail and a hot chocolate with toasted marshmallows, making for a pleasant dining experience overall with just a few minor drawbacks.
