I can't speak for their pastries, but I have to say their bread is exceptional, even after a day. The texture is just perfect, with a crispy outer shell that maintains its integrity when stored correctly. The Italian bread, topped with sesame seeds and a bottom layer of semolina, is especially delightful. In my opinion, good bread is essential for a great sandwich, and Lakewood Bakery's offerings definitely elevate the overall taste. However, it's worth noting that they primarily sell their products to markets and retailers.
