Three staff working in front house. 2 wearing black shirts and one, I suppose the manager, in red.
One of the black shirts is both taking orders,at the register and over the phonr. The red shirt is refilling ketchup bottles. 2nd black shirt is making shakes. Line is literally out the door. Red shirt finally tells shake maker to open another register, but then takes first black shirt off their register. So we're back to 1 register and the line is still out the door.
Finally get my food, but not the shake I ordered. I asked that my order be placed under the heat lamps while I waited for my shake. Black shirt gave me a blank look, handed me my order, and ran off to make my shake.
Will not be back. If i could give them less than 1 star, I would
