The Chicken & Broccoli here is cooked perfectly, tender and plentiful without any sliminess, and the egg rolls are satisfyingly stuffed and crispy. With consistently tasty Americanized Chinese dishes like General Tso's, hot and sour soup, and cashew chicken, fast service, and reasonable prices, this is the go-to for reliable, flavorful takeout in the Hamptons.

Recently tried No.1 for the first time and was blown away by the quality of their Chinese takeout in the Hamptons. The Chicken & Broccoli dish was flavorful and the chicken was cooked perfectly, unlike other places where it can be slimy. The portion sizes were generous, especially with the cashew chicken where the chicken was diced and mixed in with veggies, creating a delicious blend.
