The empanadas at Jessy's Pastries are seriously the best I've ever had - no competition. The staff there are super friendly and quick, making it a great spot for a fast meal. Plus, there's a cozy little dining area where you can enjoy your food. Today, on International Women's History Day, I want to give a shoutout to Jessy's Pastries. Owned by Jessy Nahmias, this local pastry shop brings the most delicious treats straight to Oceanside.
