I discovered the 7 Express, a peculiar five-sided marketplace that now stands where the Patchogue Flatiron building once was, right across from the busy bus stop. It's a hub for all sorts of characters, with a corner reserved for Quick-Draw enthusiasts and a stop for those in need of a caffeine and nicotine fix. The selection of single-serve beers is dominated by the usual suspects like Bud, Bud Light, and Coors Light, but there are also some craft options like Blue Point Toasteds and Hopticals. It's a one-stop shop for smokers, with a variety of blunts and cigarettes, as well as accessories like Zippos and glass pipes. And let's not forget the herbal remedies and energy pills on offer, which always seem to attract the attention of law enforcement.
