Today I stopped for lunch with 4 other guests after attending the Country Festival in Riverhead. The service was terrible. We were seated for several minutes before we were asked for our drink order. We ordered our meals with our drinks and again waited quite awhile for the food to be served.
One guests salad was never served and had to be taken off the bill.
Before I left I went to use the rest room. There was no toilet paper or paper towels and the hand dryer was broken as well. One of the other customers told an employee about the lack of T P in the bathroom and was told to take some from the men’s room where there was also no TP.
The whole experience was unacceptable and I will not be returning for sure.
