The food here is fantastic, offering a great variety that includes some of the best bagels I've ever had, even rivaling those in New York City. However, the service can be quite inconsistent, especially during busy times, and I've often found that my phone orders are incorrect when I pick them up. Despite the crowds and occasional rudeness from other customers, the deliciousness of the bagels, particularly the everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, makes it worth the wait.
