I came here for me & my friends birthday March 12, 2021. Our reservation was for 7:30pm. First, I had specifically asked to be seated at the upper platform of the restaurant to help put my friends at ease of not sitting close to people due to covid. After confirming 2-3x, they still failed to sit us at the upper platform. Two parties were sitting there. We then waited 30 minutes for drinks alone. After that, it took an additional 25 minutes, at this point we took the initiative to ask our waiter to take our food order...it’s 8:30pm. Another hour later (9:30pm) we finally get our food. One persons chicken sandwich was cold, we weren’t properly served, there wasn’t enough water cups, or water, or napkins, or utensils, nor attended to during the entire time we sat down. Don’t get me wrong - the food was great, waiter was a nice PERSON. Service: absolutely horrible. The food is not that amazing to come back again, the poor service & rude manager who was not capable of running this restaurant is not worth going here. I would have much rather go to Chipotle & be served food quickly with some margaritas than wait 30-45 minutes for one drink. Celebrating my birthday here was the worst idea, I am never coming back.
