After dropping off my kids, my companion and I stopped by Apollo Diner and were seated immediately with no wait, which was a great start to the visit. We enjoyed the corned beef hash with sunny side eggs and eggs Florentine Benedict; the hollandaise sauce was perfectly seasoned and the poached eggs cooked just right, making for a delicious meal. The staff was attentive and kind throughout, although the bathroom could use some improvement, I'm definitely planning to return for another satisfying meal.
