The service at Catfish Annie's in Commack was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Our dining experience was fantastic, and we enjoyed delicious dishes like the Shrimp Fried dinner and fried clams. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we are already looking forward to our next visit to this wonderful restaurant.

Last week I ordered "fish & chips" which came with cole slaw and fries. The slaw tasted great but fish and chips were mediocre at best. Chips had hint of fish taste and "fish" looked pre-made with no cripsness with peculiar taste. However, wait service was prompt and polite. The room hasn't changed in at least a decade...very bland atmosphere.

My wife and her 86 year old father were treated horribly at this restaurant. Their order was lost in the kitchen, they received no apology, and once it finally came, it was not the way they ordered it. They ordered a reduced portion and were charged full price. When I called to complain, the son of the owner said his father would not be there for a week and accused my wife of being rude. Avoid this restaurant.
