everytime I order from them I have to wait at least an hour for my delivery and they always eave something out and the lady that works there whenever she answers the phone and takes my order she always messes it up.

Won't even give it a star! In the past I had gotten the same sandwich 2 days in a row and it tasted different each day! Did I learn, N0. I felt like having a good roast beef hero, so figured I'd give them a shot again. I get in and although they tout Boar's Head, I find out NOT the roast beef ( cheap move) I ask the kid to see it so it suits my taste and he pulls out a bin with it already cut up! Barely 3 slices of cheese and paper thin tomatoes! I was told the cole slaw was homemade, and it still had the taste like a supermarket!Better off there or Subway , where everything is pre-sliced! Got to be kidding me!!
