The seafood here is consistently fresh and flavorful, with standout dishes like the lobster roll, fish tacos, and old bay fries that capture the essence of coastal dining. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, featuring friendly staff and a lively summer vibe that makes every visit enjoyable. While the food shines, the margarita was disappointing, but overall, the experience is memorable enough that I plan to return regularly.

The food is consistently delicious with a beautiful view and attentive service. The crab specials and old bay fries are my favorites, and being part of the vibrant WHB community adds to the enjoyable dining experience.

First time at John Scott's Surft Shack, the view of the sun going down and the good food made for a great night. There was a band playing which added to the place. The waitress however took our order and never returned. I went to the bar for water and tracked down my own silverware at the wait station. When I mentioned this to the waitress she said, "that is the John Scott's way".
Expect good food and poor service!.
