OLD FIELDS INN 81 BROADWAY GREENLAWN NY 11740
T E R R I B L E !!! New owners ruined the place. The atmosphere is all gone, along with the great service & " DELMONICO STEAKS" & charm. It was replaced with EXTREMELY LOUD rock & roll, as in Led Zeppelin, & The who, loud ( couldn't have a conversation, not that I don't like that music, I love it, but there is a time & place for it, NOT AT A ROMANTIC DINNER BY THE FIREPLACE at what used to be a high end, top notch, fine dining facility. Save your money, don't go you will be very disappointed. Lame pub style menu, pub style music, & attitude. The name has not changed, but EVERYTHING else your used to from the past has. S H A M E on them for being able to keep the name from 1956, including a long tradition & destroy it's reputation. Both Thumbs down !!!! This will be posted EVERYWHERE I possibly can, so people know it's NOT the "OLD" OLD FIELDS INN we all knew NOT EVEN CLOSE !!! P.S you can only ride the coat tails of greatness for so long.
