Although the food was good the service was horrible. Went there for dinner, party of two, both corporate travelers. Things started off well enough but now that I have looked at the website things were not as they should have been. We both ordered entrees off the menu that should have been accompanied by soup or salad, and other things that were mentioned as well as dessert and coffee...NONE of this was even offered let alone brought to the table. The waitress did seem very attentive to the table of 6 next to us but other than dropping off our food she never returned. We had to ask for the check. That's when it all fell apart. We asked for separate checks(needed due to our company's policy) we were told " I cant do that" when we asked to split the check it changed to "I'm too busy to do that". She then disappeared and did not return for a good twenty minutes. When she returned we had put two cards and requested again to split the bill. She again said she was "too busy to figure all that out". We said we needed the two checks...she grabbed the bill and was rather rude when walking away commenting about how "people want everything". When I responded that all we asked for was to pay the bill separately her reply across the room in front of all the customers was "we don't allow split checks here". I travel for a living and have never had a restaurant refuse to accommodate this type of payment. Also we both ordered the same thing so literally it was exactly the same bill for both of us. There was no where on the menu, in the restaurant or on your website that lists this as a policy. It is really too bad that this is the way that management wants to run the dining room because it would have been a pleasant experience if this had not occurred.

Total Garbage.

We waited over an hour for our food. The waitress didn't know much and wasn't very friendly. No salad before dinner with a high priced meal. The chicken was dry and the fried potatoes were burned. The Sauerbraten was good but not hot enough. Way overpriced for what you get.
