For the last 16 months my wife and I have taken out twice a month from New Wave. We've been very pleased except for the last two takeout orders that we received.
Last night was the second of these two takeout orders. When I called the order in they told me 20 to 25 minutes. When I got there I told them to check the side dishes because they were wrong last time. My order took 40 minutes not 20 to 25 minutes. And, the side dishes were incorrect. The time prior to this that I took out from New Wave the side dishes were also incorrect.
As we like their food, I will give them one more chance to get it right. But if they get it wrong again that will be their third strike and they will be out.
