So, I swung by this joint the other day for a berry oat protein shake that packed a punch - needed that boost to kick my sniffles to the curb. Tried their Thai Chicken Wrap too, which was decent, but watch out for those gristly bits, yikes. And let me tell you about this salad I got - it had veggies, pickled red onions, white rice, black beans, hummus, and...wait for it...light ranch. Who in the world thought that was a good idea? Anyway, skip the ranch shenanigans and stick to the shakes here, they're the real stars of the show.
