The mixed reviews baffle me, as my many visits reveal consistently tasty sandwiches, bagels, and fresh coffee. While the staff is always kind, and the atmosphere welcoming, I do find it inconvenient when standard bagel flavors run out early, and the bathroom's proximity to the waiting area creates a bit of discomfort.

I really love this bagel store however, they definitely need more quality control. They are very inconsistent, often times items are either undercooked or burnt. And, guys an everything bagel means EVERYTHING, not just poppy and sesame seeds with a little onion thrown in. Everything bagels are my absolute favorite and many times by the time I got home I ended up with a plain bagel as the little bit of stuff that was on it came off. Who's got time to go back, and then I start my day aggravated. Please be more mindful of your product and sell items you can be proud of.
