During my stay at the Plainview Holiday Inn in Plainview, New York, the front office manager, Patrick Thompson, and the general manager, Kunal Patel, provided exceptional assistance in a sensitive situation involving a family member. Their dedication and support were greatly appreciated. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and restaurant, made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family for a pleasant experience.
