I first visited Sophie's about a decade ago and was underwhelmed by the mostly fried food served on styrofoam plates. However, on my recent visit this fall after a long hiatus, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious marinated steak and fantastic clams served on real plates in a beautifully decorated space with comfortable dining furniture and friendly staff. I have since returned multiple times and have always left satisfied with the dining experience at this gem in Little Italy.

Got sick from the food. I dident have one sip of alcohol and felt like I had alcohol poisoning due to the food making me so sick, never had this problem with this resturant before, but something went wrong and food was burnt and rancid.

Had 9 family members with masks for dinner at Sophies. The waitress pushed 2 picnic tables together and we were set. The night was beautiful under their tent with live music too. The service was very good, the food was excellent & the bill was Reasonable

Sophies is an off the beaten path gem that all the locals know and love. They do a great job on pizza, the sauce and the toppings are especially good. Have a burger, or some local clams. Open late on summer weekends, perfect for a late night bite.

I love Sophie's. They have the best pizza around -- thin and crispy crust and great toppings. Love the stuffies (better than baked clams) and the fried clams. If all else fails -- have a burger.
