As a vegan, I was drawn to the vibrant atmosphere at Pepe's, where the Spinach burrito and Spinach and mushroom quesadilla combo surprised me with their incredible flavors. The warm ambiance and attentive service created an inviting experience, leaving me eager to return with family to explore more of their delicious offerings.
