Discovering Ethiopian vegan cuisine here was a revelation, with vibrant, richly spiced vegetable dishes served atop tangy injera that beautifully engage the palate without the need for utensils. The atmosphere, infused with authentic dí©cor and warm, attentive service, creates an inviting experience that lingers long after the last bite, especially when paired with their refreshing barley agave drink, Tela.
