Restaurant Description

Great Khan's Mongolian Festival offers four different types of meat (beef, pork, chicken, and lamb), thirty different assortments of fresh vegetables, and noodles prepared in the traditional style with our patented herb secret sauces. Then the ingredients that the consumer has choosen will be prepared on a patron Tappan Grill that is designed to cook at very high temperature to lock in the flavors and juice using little or no oil. All this is done in the open view of the patrons.

I had a blast shopping at the Promenade and grabbing a delicious meal at Great Khan's in the food court. The build-your-own bowl concept was a hit, and I ended up with a generous portion that made for a tasty lunch and plenty of leftovers to enjoy later.
