Panda Express is the most popular Chinese fast food chain in America. Patrons rave about the Orange Chicken, Beef & Brocolli, and other standard fare. The Panda Express story started with Andrew Cherng, an inventive young man from the picturesque Yangzhou region of China. Andrews childhood was filled with the wonderful flavors of authentic Chinese food. When Andrew moved to America, he brought his fathers recipes with him. With the help and business savvy of his wife Peggy, he knew that a real meal served fast, hot and fresh would catch on like a wok on fire! And did it ever.
