I'm a regular customer who go to this place often (Wendy's woodland hills ca) today I went there again with my girlfriend around 2:30 Pm 02/26/25. The employees normally are supper nice. Due to my new diet plane from my last doctor's visit, I had to change and substitute what I normally eat. I was ordering food for me and my lady but everything I asked a young lady in front, she said we can't do that we can't do this for instants I asked can I have chicken instead of fries on my combo?...... Anyhow
, I didn't say nothing and did not complaining at all and paid. They called me shortly and I picked the food up. ..... I ordered a small size of Chili which is my favorite but when I removed the lid, I noticed 1/4 of that small cup was empty. That was the time I lost it, and I asked another older person that I think was the manager, can you fill this up please with nice manner... She said no and while she was explaining I left the chili on the counter because I was embarrassed in fort of other customers and went back to my table counting eating my meal. After about 10 minutes she came to my table and left few dollars on my table. I was supper upset at that moment I felt embarrassed in front of all employee customers and my girlfriend for only one spoon of Chili which may be a few cents. Anyway, I threw the money behind the wall opposite side of she was standing just to show her money isn't everything.
