worst steak i have in the 64 years on this earth--the bake potato was good

review_stars 06/24/2015 - Sunshine
Where to begin This place is failing on all levels. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE OWNER !!! BEWARE YOU WILL GET SICK !!!!!
I took my family here for a meal yesterday and I would have been better off going to Jack in a Box for Steak.

We walked in and were seated our waitress couldn't have been more rude or brainless she didn't even introduce herself so I couldn't tell you her name. She was talking our order fighting about prices and didn't even know there own menu.

Ordered a Filet without bacon medium rare
got bacon wrapped over done filet
Sent it back
asked for the manger and was informed they have the owner there
she walks to the other waitress and says oh they just want to complain
owner comes out tells me I shouldn't complain before I get my food and brings to the table an
over done Filet
I send it back
everyone else at the Table is now eating
I get another steak brought out by the owner now raw different color than all the other filets that have been brought to my table and different size. There's no way in hell I got a filet the meat was rubbery salty and horrible. The baked potato was yellow and could tell that it was left over from the day before.
Not only did I have to pay full price but we were treated like trash.
*this didn't happen to me but the poor old woman and her son were there at the same time as we were she had her breathing machine the same brainless waitress took their order they went to the bathroom and when they had come back the stupid waitress had sat other people in their seats they were so upset and she couldn't hardly walk.

After we left we all got horrible food poisoning puking diarrhea the whole nine yards. Called to speak with the owner and he hung up on us 3 yes 3 times and refuses to give us a refund for horrible service and making us sick.

So in conclusion if you would like to eat food you wouldn't even serve to a dog and be belittled this is the place to go. Also be ready to be sick and get falsely advertised pieces of meat. if you can call it that.

To the owner of Steer N Ale do everyone a favor and close the door you have no idea what a steakhouse is supposed to be plus you are rude and obviously not a good business man.
