Order late Sunday night
I thought this would be our new takeout
The pizza was drenched of oil
The toppings were so sparse you could not even taste their flavor
I've had pizza all over the world

Well tonight the service was terrible, I asked the person who took my order to please go check to see how much longer it was going to take... next thing I see this Idiot pickup a rag and start cleaning a table ! So I said again to him, umm, so your not going to check on my order ? he then said, oh yea.... I forgot

Used to be my favorite pizza place..... not anymore. The last 3 orders have been disastrous. I've ordered my pizza and had them not put the order through & had to call an hour later to ask where my pizza is.... given hard time about coupons that state one price and them charging another... RUDE management that definitely doesn't want business & shouldn't be involved in customer service of any kind. They have no idea how to run a business & keep long standing customers..... the behavior stinks. It really is too bad because the pizza is great .... they would need a customer service expert to come in and re-train or terminate the "management" & staff.

Now that they are under new management I have seen a huge improvement. The new items and great pricing and the friendly staff are what sets them ahead of any place in town. Local El Segundo residents as well:)

GREAT PIZZA! My husband and I frequent this spot for a reason. Fresh dough, great sauce and awesome taste. Dine-in is just fine....the people there are SUPER nice. The inside of the place isn't anything to rave about....just a typical pizza parlor, but what matters is the food, right? Blows away the other pizza places in town because of the taste. Got to agree with another review on here though....don't get delivery unless you order way ahead because it does take a long time. Otherwise....perfect!

The pizza is pretty good. I would suggest that you go eat in the restaurant instead of delivery. Delivery at all times is extremely slow. Expect a quoted time of 35-40 minutes to be anywhere from 50 minutes to an hour and a half. Seriously. I had to put the pizza in the oven to have it reheated. Oh, and I live three blocks away. Decent pizza, terrible when delivered.

This pizza is great - perfectly crisp crust and just the right amount of sauce. The slices of meatball are to die for!
Who cares about the decor when this is the BEST pizza our family has had in the south bay area!!!!

vinnys has the best tasting pizza! very friendly service and very warm. it is a great place to watch sports, hang with friends and enjoy great food and cold beer! my favorite place to eat in el segundo

Vinny's is a great neighborhood pizza place! Hot pies, cold beer - what a start! The service is excellent - and fast. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome!
No bells or whistles, no flashy landscaping or decorators schemes...just good food, a friendly crew and cold brew - oh - and TV (so you can watch your favorite game)! Aaaah - you' d think you're back in Brooklyn - without the attitude!

Vinny's Pizza is an awesome place for great pizza and Italian dishes. The food is excellent, the staff friendly and accomodating, and above all the value is unbelieveable!! I work near LAX and make the trip over to El Segundo as often as I can for lunch at Vinny's...

Just tried Vinny's and it was VERY GOOD NY Style Pizza. Everyone there was very nice and they have a large flat screen to watch ESPN. Pizza was very good. Crust was excellent. They are hidden at the end of Main Street across from the USPS so many people might not know it is there. I will be returning - very worthwhile to try. I have had the real NY style and it is very comparable and very affordable - good value.

True New York style pizza, large proportions excellent taste that'll have you going back for that 3rd or even 4th slice. Not to be outdone, their calzones are an equally delectable treat just don't get a large unless you plan to share.
