At our company picnic, we had the pleasure of enjoying food from a fantastic catering truck. The chicken, beef, and jackfruit tacos were delicious, and Marti and Jesse made sure everything was served hot and quickly for our group of nearly 100. I even got to try Trejo's tacos at the women's march in Los Angeles, and while the carne asada was tender and flavorful, the price felt a bit steep for the portion size.
