For a quick lunch craving, the cabeza mediano tacos here hit just like home-packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Seeing a crowd of locals gathered around only confirmed what I already knew: this family-run spot has been serving up some of the best Al Pastor and birria tacos around for decades.
