The Kumidashi tofu here is incredibly smooth, creamy, and bursting with authentic soybean flavor, unlike any tofu I've tried before. The soy milk is thick and naturally sweet, perfect to enjoy plain or with a drizzle of honey for a dessert-like treat. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to explain the differences between tofu varieties to help you find exactly what you need.
