Every time I'm in Southern California, I make sure to enjoy the incredible Wagyu sashimi and uni wrap topped with caviar, paired perfectly with a few beers and their refreshing cabbage salad. The cozy tatami seating and attentive service elevate the experience, and the American Wagyu tasting menu offers an unforgettable spread of expertly grilled meats that keep me coming back for more.
