Koshiji is my go-to for a cozy izakaya experience that feels like a slice of Japan right here at home. The food is delicious, with perfectly grilled yakitori and a variety of options that keep my taste buds excited, though the wait can stretch a bit longer than I'd like. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it the ideal spot for a chill dinner, but just a heads-up-reservations are a smart move if you want to avoid the dinner rush!
