• Fried Chicken 唐揚げ（3ヶ）

Restaurant Description

We specialized in making Best authentic Hakata Tonkotsu ramen. We are directly from Hakata Japan to expand and introduce our award wining ramen to world. We use 2 stage prepare process to make broth and only Hakata Ikkousha is doing this process to make tonkotsu broth. it takes time and money but we never give up on making best broth. It takes nearly 30 hours to achieve full amount of Umami from Pork bone. Our noodle is all haouse crafted noodle to match with our special broth.Come to enjoy our award wining ramen
