The food at this local spot is fantastic, with a menu that covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. During my layover in New Orleans, I tried the scramble classic - scrambled eggs, applewood bacon or sausage patties, sourdough bread, and fresh seasonal fruit, all served on styrofoam plates with plastic utensils.
