I understand why some customers expect exceptional service, but the woman running this vegetarian and vegan food business is truly doing it all alone-answering phones, cooking, packing, cleaning, and managing everything behind the scenes. Despite her sometimes brusque manner, she works incredibly hard to keep prices reasonable and portions generous, offering delicious and healthy meals that are hard to find elsewhere. The food is consistently fresh, filling, and flavorful, and knowing the effort she puts in makes me appreciate each bento box even more.
