The fish tacos here burst with flavor, and every ingredient complements the others beautifully. I enjoyed a refreshing agua de mango, which was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. The owner is incredibly welcoming, making it easy to support this fantastic food truck that travels throughout the Valley.
