One night, while parked in a grocery lot during a tough time, a kind cashier unexpectedly gave my wife and me a carne asada quesadilla plate and drinks that someone had left behind, an act of generosity that meant more than just a meal. Since then, I've become a regular, drawn not only to the flavorful, authentic tacos like suadero and tripa but also to the welcoming atmosphere and late-night convenience that make this taco truck a comforting part of my LA experience.

The food truck on Alvarado Street in Los Angeles offers amazing tacos with generous portions of meat and a variety of options, including carne asada, al pastor, pollo, and suadero. The flavors are delicious, the prices are fair, and it's conveniently located next to a supermarket with ample parking. I always enjoy stopping by for a satisfying meal and recommend trying their suadero mulitas for a tasty treat.
