Downtown LA's coffee scene just got a serious upgrade with a chai latte made with oat milk that instantly shot into my top five favorites-creamy, spicy, and downright dreamy. The industrial-chic vibe paired with live music and a super welcoming staff made sipping my almond milk latte (extra shot, please!) feel like a cozy New York moment without the attitude. Bonus points for the killer crostini with pí¢tí© drizzled in white truffle oil and a lineup of wines and pastries that keep me plotting my next visit-because good coffee and good vibes are a combo I can't resist.
